Jade Spring

Crystal Melon Jelly Cup, serves about 10

Materials: 

• 1 package of  Melon DoFu Delight®*;

• 4½ cups of water**; 

• Whip cream or Cool Whip;

• one can of tangerine.   (1 cup = 8 fl oz (250 ml)) 

Note: This can be applied to other DoFu Delight® flavors.

Method: 

1. Mix the content of the DoFu Delight® and

2. 3 cups water.

3. Stir and heat to a boil. 

4. Remove from heat, and then mix in 1-1/2 cups cold water.  Pour mixture into serving cups. 

5. Set aside until begins to set.  

6. Insert tangerine slices into the mixture. 

7. Refrigerate until set. 

8. Top off with the Whip Cream and garnish with additional tangerine slices.  Serve.

Other flavors can be prepared the same way for a different unique treat!

*Amount of water may vary within 1/2 cup. Less water, firmer jelly (preferred); more water gives softer jelly.
