DoFu Delight® is an Agar-Agar (seaweeds) based Asian jelly dessert.

Seaweed jelly dessert is one of many favorite Asian treats. Making such dessert from scratch has been a time consuming chore- from getting individual ingredients to preparation. In the past, it is only found in better Asia restaurants and prepared-food stores. Unfortunately, the ready-made jelly is usually too delicate for transport and longterm storage, making it hard for everyday enjoyment.

DoFu Delight® has reduced the chore to a breeze. It has all the needed ingredients in one package. You can make these Asian favorites in less than 30 minutes - fresh, cool and exciting - for all occasions!  (See recipes).

Agar-agar* (seaweed extract), sugar, tapioca, natural flavors, and FD&C approved food colors.

*Agar-agar is a natural, seaweed extract.  It is high in fiber (about 80%).  Agar-agar is also commonly known as Kanten (Japanese Gelatin), Agal-Agal, China grass, or Isigrass in various part of Asia.  Agar-agar is obtained from seaweeds of Gelidium and Gracilaria, chiefly from Asia, Chile and California.
