Strawberry DoFu Cake, serves 6
Material:
1 package Strawberry DoFu Delight®; 3 cups water*;
1 cup milk**;
Fresh strawberries for garnish. (1 cup = 8 fl oz (250 ml))
Method:
Mix 1 package of Strawberry DoFu mix and
3 cups water together.
Stir and heat to a boil.
Remove from heat, and then mix in milk.
Pour mixture into a 6” cake pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
Take out when firm.
Put the cake pan in warm water for about 1-2 minutes to loosen the cake from the pan.
Use a flat spatula around the edge to loosen the cake.
Put a plate on top of the cake and flip it upside down, shake carefully until DoFu cake comes out.
Garnish with fresh strawberries or other fresh fruits of your choice
Amount of water may vary within 1/2 cup. More water gives softer gel; less water, firmer gel.
*The same amount of water may replace milk for a clear jelly.
Or, for a sweeter jelly, replace milk with your desired amount of sweetened condensed milk.
Or, replace milk with non-dairy creamer & equivalent water to avoid lactase.
