Almond Moon Tart
Almond Chocolate Tart, serves 12 -14
Material:

1 package Almond DoFu Delight®;

3 cups water*;
-
1-1/2 cups milk**;
-
sliced almonds; chocolate sauce (Tip: use the squeeze bottle one);

3 cups crushed graham crackers1;

5 tablespoons butter1;

1 foil tart cups. (1 cup = 8 fl oz (250 ml)) You can use ready-made Graham Cracker Pie Crusts instead.
Method:
1. Heat butter in a saucepan until melted. Mix in crushed graham crackers until mixed well. Put crust mix in tart pans and spread evenly on the pans. Put in freezer for later use.
2. Mix a package of Almond DoFu Delight® with 3 cups of water in a saucepan. Stir and heat to a boil. Remove from heat, and mix in milk, stir well. Then set aside until slightly cool and thickened.
3. When the DoFu is slightly thickened, take out tart pans from the freezer and add DoFu mixture slowly in each tart pan until full. Refrigerate till set (about 30 minutes).
4. When ready to serve, top off with sliced almonds; squeeze and dot chocolate around the almonds. Use a toothpick and draw a line across the chocolate dots. Enjoy!
*Amount of water may vary within 1/2 cup. More water gives softer gel; less water, firmer gel. **See above milk replacement options.
